Dublin School Principal Brad Bates has been elected to the New England Association of Independent Schools Board of Directors.
The Dublin school is a long-standing member school of AISNE and, as an administrator, Bates will bring his 30 years of experience as an educator, coach and administrator and his 14 years at the helm of the school of Dublin to the board of directors of the AISNE.
AISNE has served independent schools in New England for nearly a century. Its board of trustees is made up of around 20 independent school community leaders, including headteachers from Winsor School, Charles River School, Holderness School, Fryberg Academy, Putney School and Bancroft School.
“I am delighted to join the AISNE Board of Directors and I am delighted to work with the wonderful and diverse group of leaders currently serving on their Board of Directors,” said Bates. “AISNE has provided an incredible sounding board, support system and knowledge base during the pandemic which has been instrumental in Dublin’s preparations for and response to this historic challenge. I look forward to helping harness this new power and that sense of collegiality as we contemplate future challenges and opportunities for schools like ours.
Dublin School is a Grades 9-12 college preparatory school at the foot of Mount Monadnock in Dublin, with a current student body of 162 students. For more information about the Dublin School, call Erika Rogers at 603-398-0224 or email [email protected]
